A number of leading Irish Artists, including Imogen Stuart, Guggi and Brian Bourke, have generously donated works of art for the Art for Gaza, three-day exhibition at Copper House Gallery, in the heart of Portobello, Dublin.
The exhibition will be opened by Sabina Higgins on February 29th, and the entire proceeds of the auction, without deduction of costs, will go to Médecins Sans Frontières, which is working on the ground in Gaza.
Artwork for sale also includes pieces by Mick Mulcahy, Charlie Tyrell, Brian Henderson, Alice Hanratty, Domino Whisker, John Behan, Brian Maguire, Suzy O'Mullane, Maria Simmonds Gooding, Abigail O'Brien, Michael Kane, Constance Short, Michele Sweetman, Brona Anderson, Shane MacGowan, Annette McNamee, Jim Fitzpatrick, Rowan Gillespie, Roisin Murphy, Orla de Brí, John Noel Smith, Shevaun Doherty, Eric Luke, Pauline Bewick, John Gerrard and Michael Landy.
The timed online auction, which is being held by Whyte's, started on February 22nd and will continue to Sunday, March 3rd.
